**Job Description: Interior Site management and Purchase executive**

**Position Overview**:
An **Interior Site management and Purchase executive** is responsible for managing and analyzing material quantities, costs, and project measurements for interior construction and design projects. The role ensures accuracy in material estimation, cost control, and efficient resource allocation on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Quantity Estimation & Measurement**:

- Calculate material requirements for interior design and fit-out projects and Construction Projects.
- Conduct site measurements and verify contractor work.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

2. **Cost Analysis & Budgeting**:

- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labour.
- Monitor expenses and compare them with project budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

3. **Site Coordination & Verification**:

- Work closely with operation team, site engineer and contractors.
- Verify material deliveries and track usage on-site.
- Ensure work progress aligns with the approved plans and budget.

4. **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of material consumption and variations.
- Prepare progress reports and update managers on cost and material status.
- Assist in preparing invoices and verification of contractor measurement and bills.

5. **Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
- Identify discrepancies and address them with the concerned teams.
- Assist in ensuring timely project completion within the estimated cost.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management**.
- Experience in **interior fit-out projects, quantity surveying, or cost estimation**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Office, and Sketch up.**:

- Strong **analytical skills and attention to detail**.
- Ability to **work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams**.
- Knowledge of **construction & Interior materials, specifications, and industry standards**.
- Minimum two years to maximum four years’ experience required.
- Good Communication Skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
