**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver interactive English language training sessions for employees across various departments.
- Focus on improving communication areas such as:

- Business English
- Verbal communication & pronunciation
- Public speaking & presentation skills
- Meeting & client interaction etiquette
- Conduct language assessments to determine employee proficiency levels and tailor sessions accordingly.
- Prepare training materials, modules, handouts, and assessments.
- Monitor progress through evaluations, feedback, and periodic tests.
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to identify specific training needs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching where required.
- Report training outcomes and suggest areas for further development.
- Stay up to date with language training trends, techniques, and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification in English training (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, TEFL) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an English Trainer in a corporate or academic setting.
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for training delivery (PowerPoint, LMS, Zoom/MS Teams, etc.).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in soft skills or behavioral training.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to different learning styles

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
