**What will you do ?-**
- **Technical SEO & Page Speed**: Optimize website speed and performance, working closely with developers to fix coding issues and improve Core Web Vitals.
- **Advanced Tool Mastery**:Be an expert in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics to analyze, track, and implement data-driven SEO strategies.
- **Keyword Research & Implementation**: Conduct thorough keyword research and strategically place keywords across all website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Regularly monitor competitor strategies, identify gaps, and develop strategies to outrank them.
- **Content Optimization & Collaboration**: Work with content teams to ensure every piece of content is SEO-optimized, using proper keywords, LSI terms, and internal linking.
- **On-Page & Off-Page SEO**: Take charge of all on-page and off-page activities, including meta tag optimization, internal linking structures, guest blogging, and directory submissions.
- **Google Tools & Knowledge**: Use Google Ads, Google Knowledge Panel, and Google Search Console to enhance website visibility and rankings.
- **Newsletter & Outreach Campaigns**: Develop SEO-focused newsletters, and run outreach campaigns to gain high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- **Fix Technical SEO Issues**:Resolve complex issues such as broken links, 404 errors, sitemap updates, and robots.txt configurations.
- **Stay Updated & Engage with Communities**: Actively participate in Reddit SEO forums, private SEO groups on Facebook and LinkedIn, and follow SEO influencers, newsletters, and updates.
- **SEO Influencer Engagement**: Keep up with the latest trends by following top SEO experts and engaging with the community to stay ahead.
- **Handle Google Updates with Confidence**: Be confident in managing any Google algorithm updates, adjusting strategies as needed to keep rankings at the top.
- **Clear Reporting & Analysis**: Provide detailed, no-fluff reports on SEO performance, focusing on metrics like traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and conversions.
- **Result-Driven**: Your mission is simple - get the rankings to the top and keep them there, regardless of Google’s changes.

**What we expect from you?**
- **Experience & Expertise**: Seeking an ideal SEO Manager with 4-6 years of proven experience in driving organic traffic growth through technical SEO, content optimization, and strategic implementation.
- **Educational Background**: Strong foundation in marketing, IT, or a related field, with advanced expertise in using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog for data-driven decision-making.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Skilled in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to optimize website performance, resolve technical issues, and improve Core Web Vitals.
- **Comprehensive SEO Knowledge**: Proficient in both on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink-building strategies to deliver measurable results and maintain top search engine rankings.
