**Job Opening: Advertisement Coordinator - Jewelry / Retail Industry**

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented **Advertisement Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing advertising campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and in-store platforms. You will work closely with creative teams, vendors, and marketing departments to ensure brand consistency, cost-effective media placements, and impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media agencies for creative development.
- Ensure brand consistency across all advertising channels and campaigns.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and media partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Research new advertising trends, technologies, and platforms for innovation.
- Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Liaise with retail branches to align local and corporate advertising needs.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within deadlines and achieve business objectives.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of advertising, media planning, and campaign coordination.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage budgets, and meet strict deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment.
