**Roles and Responsibilities**: - Preparing Bank Reconciliation. - Reconciliation of the debtors' accounts. - Billing reports and collections reports on a monthly basis - Checking Contractors Invoices (before preparation of COP) once the bill is received by a Site Billing Engineer. - Petty cash disbursements, which include local office expenses - Making vouchers entries in the tally. - All day to day accounting transactions. - Handling entries (Journal, payments and receipts). - Maintaining ledgers party wise. - Preparing MIS data related to monthly / quarterly / annually closing of Accounts as Required by Managers & Seniors. - Finalisation of Accounts. - Preparation of GSTR-1 Summary for GST return. - Preparation of GSTR-3B Summary for GST return. - Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with books. - Preparation of TDS summary on monthly basis and payment of TDS before due date. - Handling of Vendor payments on due date and negotiations. - Maintain Vendor Bank guarantee in system & Follow up. **Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Taxation: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) License/Certification: - Tally (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Borivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra (required) Ability to Relocate: - Borivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 8422038346
