**Factory Line Supervisor location at Trichy - Musiri**

**Job Summary**:
The Line Supervisor is responsible for managing daily activities on the sewing line to ensure production targets are achieved with quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and control sewing line operations.
- Ensure daily production targets are met.
- Allocate tasks to tailors/machine operators as per skill and operation.
- Monitor production flow and balance the line as required.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards at every stage.
- Coordinate with Quality Checkers for in-line inspections.
- Solve technical issues and guide operators to improve performance.
- Minimize downtime and improve line efficiency.
- Train workers on new styles or machinery.
- Report daily production, rework, and rejection to management.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years experience in garment sewing line supervision.
- Knowledge of garment construction and machine operations.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of quality standards and production KPIs.
