Job Description: As MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) & HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Engineer, the role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining MEP systems within buildings - water treatment plants. The primary responsibilities will be to ensure efficient and sustainable mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as effective heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Responsibilities: System Design: Develop comprehensive MEP and HVAC system design based on project codes and standards. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP and HVAC systems seamlessly into building plans.Project Management: Lead and contribute to the project management process including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for MEP and HVAC-related tasks.Equipment Selection: Conduct thorough analyses of existing MEP and HVAC systems to identify areas of improvement and optimization. Design & Installation: Design, manufacture, installation, and final commissioning of the MEP and HVAC systems. Documentation: Create and review the detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation of the systems. 3D modeling of concept design, drawings, and preparation of BOQ for costing.
