Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MEP & HVAC Design Engineer with expertise in Chiller Plants and VRV/VRF systems.

The ideal candidate will prepare designs, technical documentation, and coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure successful project execution.

This role is suitable for engineers who have hands-on experience designing HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, hospital, and high-rise building projects.

  • Perform heat load calculations and cooling load estimations as per ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.
  • Design and select chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Prepare HVAC system layouts using AutoCAD / Revit.
  • Develop BOQ, technical specifications, design reports, tender documents, and equipment data sheets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC system design (Chillers, VRV/VRF, Air Distribution, Hydronic Systems).
  • Familiarity with MEP coordination and integration.
  • Proficiency in HAP / TRACE, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Carrier E20-II, Duct Sizer, Pipe Sizer or equivalent software.
  • Knowledge of standards/codes: ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, NBC, IS, ASME.
