**Job Title: NICU Staff Nurse**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide specialized care to critically ill neonates, including monitoring, medication administration, and managing NICU equipment.
- Monitor and document patient progress, responding to emergencies as needed.
- Support and educate families about neonatal care and promote bonding.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure equipment safety.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
- **License**: Valid nursing license.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in NICU/pediatric nursing preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong clinical skills, empathy, teamwork, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
