**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales volumes.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and engage potential clients (schools, principals, and educators).
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at schools and educational institutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and post-sales process.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify target markets and potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and organizations that align with our offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Establish partnerships with educational organizations and build a strong network to increase business opportunities.
- **Lead Generation and Pipeline Management**:

- Maintain a healthy and up-to-date sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into customers.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the sales pipeline to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve product offerings and marketing efforts.
- Analyze competitor strategies and suggest improvements to our own sales and marketing initiatives.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Organize promotional events, webinars, and workshops to engage with schools and educational stakeholders.
- Work with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, advertisements, and special offers.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Provide insights into sales and marketing trends and recommend strategies to improve performance and meet business targets.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to align sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with relevant teams to enhance product development and service offerings.
- **Documentation and Administration**:

- Prepare sales and marketing documents, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and campaign results.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven experience in sales, with a focus on generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
