**Job Description -**

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team As a Guidance Counsellor, you will be responsible for conducting counselling sessions and helping our students develop their personal and academic skills.

**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Assisting students with their development
- Conducting counselling sessions
- Developing counselling plan
- Conducting tests and analysing results
- Identifying behavioural problems
- Evaluating the progress of students
- Keeping track of student records

**Requirements and skills -**
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Good computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed emotional intelligence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong conflict-resolution skills
- Highly developed work ethic
- Ability to motivate others
- Should be comfortable to work from office
- Experience in Education / Training preferred
- Educational counsellor experience preferred
- Handle calls on leads generated
- Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
- Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients.
- Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
- Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.
- Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel.
- Generate relevant reports from the same.

**Note: Sunday will be working day, but you will get one day off during the week from Monday to Friday. (6 days working)**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 10/11/2025
