**Experimental Design**: Collaborate with research teams to develop experimental protocols and trial designs tailored to specific research objectives.

**Plant Cultivation**: Manage all aspects of plant cultivation within the glasshouse, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease management, and environmental control.

**Data Collection**: Implement rigorous data collection procedures to accurately record plant growth parameters, physiological responses, and other relevant metrics throughout the trial period.

**Monitoring and Maintenance**: Monitor plant health and environmental conditions within the glasshouse, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise to ensure optimal growing conditions.

**Data Analysis & Interpretation**: Analyze trial data using statistical methods and software tools to derive meaningful insights and draw conclusions that contribute to research objectives.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, observations, and results, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.

**Communication**: Effectively communicate trial progress, results, and recommendations to internal stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and meetings.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within the glasshouse operation to enhance trial efficiency and productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Horticulture/Agronomy.
- Proven experience in plant cultivation and green house management, preferably in a research or agricultural setting.
- Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, plant physiology, and experimental design principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and statistical software packages.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
