Field Sales Executive

**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive - Solar Outreach

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on leads provided by telecallers and conduct field visits to CSCs and farmers.
- Educate farmers about the KUSUM Yojana and the benefits of solar pumping systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, CSC staff, and other stakeholders.
- Track and report on the progress and conversion rates of leads.
- Collaborate with the telecalling team to provide feedback and improve lead quality.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits and sales activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, solar technology, and government schemes to provide accurate and relevant information.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly field sales, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to use CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the district.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
