Location - Nashik

Roles and Responsibilities
- Taking Inbound and Outbound sales calls
- Prospecting clients and conducting site visits
- Handling customer queries
- Driving sales for existing and new customers
- Engaging new channel partners
- Generate leads
- Must have knowledge of digital marketing and legal documentation
- should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- experience in residential sales and builder floors in Gangapur road, Meri Mharul is an added bonus
- should be pleasant to talk to
- Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness
- Motivated and desire to learn
- should have a working knowledge of Excel and Word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- College road, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales executive: 2 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
