**Behavioural Skills**
- Detailed knowledge of various mechanical standards such as ASTM, ASME, API etc. Have requiste knowledge for selection/ validation of correct MOCs. Contactors for mechanical works execution- Team management Skills, Effective Communication, Problem Solving Skills**OPERATING NETWORK**

**External Interface**
- Mechanical Engineers- Project Engineers from different discipline- Factory Operations, procurement, Stores, Finance- Consultants, Vendor, Contractor, Govt agencies**PURPOSE (why does the position exist, WITH what objectives and WITHIN what limits)**
- The position exist to plan, execute and finalise mechanical engineering scope within the expected timelines, budget and qulaity parameters- 1- Resource planning and allocation and Prepare detailed (micro) project schedule for all project execution activities- 2- Assist team for troubleshooting of any equipment during start up- 3- Review and finalize tender documents- 4- Participate in techno commerical discussion to finalize project execution contractors- 5- Ensure CSM compliance at site- 6- Review key detailed engineering documents, e.g. equipment layout, piping GA, Structure drawings and Punch points, PSSR points highlight gaps if any- 7- Resolve contractor drawing related queires with execution team and monitor all contractors work based on daily basis, ensure their QAP Compliances, certify bills for Project Contractors**We are all about connecting with people, in a human way - showing respect, demonstrating trust, celebrating diversity.
