**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
- **Fix appointments** with interested clients for the sales/field team.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and clear communication.
- Maintain call records and update client information in the system.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely appointment confirmations.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** (both spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Good listening skills and the ability to convince clients effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.

**Incentives & Growth**:

- **Performance-based increments** offered on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Special bonuses for overachieving targets.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or appointment setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
