We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Intern** who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in **B2B lead generation, ad campaign management, and organic growth strategies**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Assist in Lead Generation**: Support B2B lead generation efforts through both **paid and organic marketing strategies** to attract **Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)**.
**2. Content & Social Media Marketing**: Help create **engaging content** for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to increase brand visibility.
**3. Ad Campaign Support**: Assist in **running and optimizing** ad campaigns on **LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google** to generate leads from SMBs in the USA.
**4. Market Research**: Conduct research to **identify, refine, and target ICPs** for better audience segmentation and engagement.
**5. A/B Testing & Analytics**: Work on A/B testing of **ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting** to improve campaign performance.
**6. Data Tracking & Reporting**: Use tools like **Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager** to analyze campaign performance and provide insights.
**7. Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on **B2B marketing trends** and assist in implementing new approaches to enhance lead generation.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
Passionate about **digital marketing and B2B lead generation**
Basic knowledge of **social media advertising & content marketing**
Familiarity with **Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager** (a plus but not mandatory)
Strong **analytical skills** and willingness to learn **data-driven marketing strategies**
Good communication skills and ability to work in a **fast-paced** environment
Eager to develop expertise in **SMB-focused B2B marketing**
