- System Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability for future growth.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure NetSuite modules to meet specific business needs, leveraging SuiteScript and other customization tools.
- Solution Implementation: Drive the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite solutions, collaborating with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business users, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and communicate technical solutions.
- User Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate end-users on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Lead the testing and quality assurance processes for NetSuite implementations, ensuring a high level of reliability and accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations for reference and auditing purposes.

- 12+ years of industry experience with at least 5+ years of Architecture experience.
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Architect or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionality, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- NetSuite Certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

**Job requirements**:

- Senior / Technical Specialist in NetSuite platform, should have views on product implementation, pros and cons of customisation vs out of the box feature. Individually lead all technical conversation around security, compliance, engineering best practices, CICD, NS features, plugin, new features and its suitability to Brillio etc. This profile plays technical mentor role to more than 2 to 3 leads and 10 engineers
