**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom training sessions for Graphics Design, UI/UX Design, and Web Design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Create lesson plans, assignments, and student projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design tools, trends, and industry practices.
- Provide hands-on training and individual mentorship to students.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

**Required Skills & Tools**:

- **Graphic Design**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW.
- **UI/UX**: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, UX Research, Wireframing, Prototyping.
- **Web Design**: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript (basic to intermediate), responsive design principles.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 - 8 years of industry or teaching experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
- Animation or Motion Graphics tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,038.83 - ₹50,873.92 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
