**Job description**

**1. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Java full-stack development to both beginner and experienced professionals.**

**3. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Java full-stack development to continually enhance the training curriculum.**

**4. Utilize various training tools and techniques, including presentations, workshops, group discussions, and interactive activities to create an engaging learning experience.**

**5. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees to facilitate their professional growth and skill enhancement.**

**6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training plans accordingly.**

**7. Assist in developing and maintaining training materials, including slides, code samples, and documentation.**

**8. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary improvements.**

**9. Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks related to Java full-stack development and incorporate them into the training curriculum.**

**10. Continuously develop personal technical and training skills through self-study, research, and participating in professional development activities.**

**Requirements**:
**1. Proven work experience as a Java developer with expertise in full-stack development.**

**2. Proficient in working web programs such as Java, Angular, React js, MySQL, Spring boot, Hibernate, CSS, Eclipse, HTML, J2EE, Java full stack, Jquery, SQL, Java script, Rest soap.**

**3. Strong knowledge of Java programming language, frameworks, and tools such as Spring, Hibernate, Maven, and Git.**

**4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver training sessions and interact with trainees from diverse backgrounds.**

**5. Patience and ability to adapt training methodologies to cater to different learning styles.**

**6. Strong problem-solving skills to address trainee queries and challenges during the training program.**

**7. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies would be a plus.**

**8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.**
