Job Description of Support Executive

Skills Required

1. Proficiency in:

- Installation, Configuration, managing Active Directory DNS, and User Management
- Microsoft Windows (All Desktop & Server Editions)
- Microsoft Office365
- List, VLAN
- Troubleshooting, Technical Support.
- Database : MSSQL
- Networking tools

2. Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.

Job Responsibilities
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.

Rotation Shift: Should be ready to work in Night shifts

Experience Required: 1 to 1.5 year

Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant experience or computer background
