**Role Overview**:
The Executive - Training Delivery will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between students,training centres, and the operations team. The role involves managing student engagement, fee collection,counselling, and supporting admission and retention efforts within the hospitality training vertical.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Connect with students regularly for fee collection and ensure timely payments.
- Address and resolve student grievances promptly and effectively.
- Conduct follow-up calls with dropout students to encourage re-enrolment.
- Generate references from existing students to support admission growth and strengthen the training pipeline.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure data accuracy in all reports and MIS.Coordinate with the training and placement teams for smooth delivery of sessions and student support.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Graduate**in any discipline (Hospitality background preferred).
- Prior experience in **training, counselling, or educational operations**will be an added advantage.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and counselling ability.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.Positive attitude with a student-centric approach.
