- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all works are executed with strict adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other on-site personnel to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
- **Documentation**: Maintain daily site reports, documenting work progress, manpower, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all workers and personnel.
- **Problem-Solving**: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during project execution.
- **Education**: Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields.
- **Basic Knowledge**: Familiarity with interior fit-outs, AutoCAD, and construction materials.
- **Experience**: Internship or training in construction or site management (preferred).
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- **Flexibility**: Willing to travel to project sites as required.
- **Passion**: Interest in interior projects and commitment to learning and growth.
