Maxpine Group is looking for a Site Supervisor who manages the construction projects from start to finish. They ensure that work is done safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications. Site Supervisor should be comfortable with the tools, technologies and methodologies specific to their industry. This could include understanding construction drawings and working with construction management software.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Ø Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site. This includes planning work with project managers, organizing staff schedules, and managing orders and deliveries of construction materials.

Ø Get the site work done in time with proper Quality and timely finish of work.

Ø Ensure that work adheres to quality standards and building codes.

Ø Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and address any emergencies.

Ø Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other construction professionals.

Ø Maintain detailed and accurate site reports and documentation.

Ø Prepare and submit project estimates, budgets, and work timetables.

**Skills and Requirements**

Ø 3-5 years of experience required

Ø Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks.

Ø Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

Ø Flexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requires.

Ø Ability to work in a team with high people orientation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
