1. Responsible for coordinate with customer for new and existing projects

2. Responsible for handling sales/Customer Service/Marketing/Collection/Recovery over the phone.

2. Responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company

3. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

1. Excellent communicator along with convincing abilities

2. Work experience as Customer Care, Tele caller, Telemarketer, collection or recovery agent, tele sales or a similar role.

3. Customer service orientation & Learning & communication skills.

4. Basic Computer knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
