**Academic Counselor Job Description**
- Ability to set up appointments with the prospective clients
- Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our courses
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going in an interesting way
- Achieving good number of admissions for our courses
- Keep records of the data and note useful information in a systematic manner
- Ability to learn about our new products and services and describe/explain them to the customers
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejections from customers
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
- Listen in a way to understand and respond suitably
- Follow up with the Customers
- Collecting feedback from the Customers
- Updating the management on new market trends and requirements
- Attending meeting with Trainer in Schools, Colleges and Organizations
- Assisting and Coordinating with the Trainer in the Training Sessions
- Good Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skills
- Friendly, Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
