**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide personalized academic advising to help students select courses and programs that align with their interests, abilities, and career aspirations.
- Offer career counselling to help students explore career options and make informed decisions about their professional paths.
- Maintain accurate records of academic progress.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to enhance the academic experience.

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Previous experience in academic advising, counseling, or a related field is often preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify student issues and develop effective solutions.
- Empathy and patience to support students through various challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
