**Job Description: Graphics Designer**

**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Location**: Ranchi
**Experience Required**: 3-5 Years (minimum) in a reputed digital advertisements company

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, website assets, banners, advertisements, brochures, and more.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms, including promotional content, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
- Utilize video editing software to add effects, transitions, and graphics.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Brainstorm new and innovative ideas for designs and videos to enhance audience engagement.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Use advanced tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and editing software.
- **Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to keep the company’s content fresh and competitive.

Pay: ₹36,400.00 - ₹40,300.00 per month
