**Job Title**: Graphic Designer & Video Editor
**Location**: Ranchi, India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and marketing materials.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional campaigns, social media, advertisements, and corporate projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop innovative design solutions and video content that align with brand guidelines.
- Utilize motion graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest design and video trends to incorporate fresh ideas and innovative techniques.
- Optimize and export final outputs for different digital platforms.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in graphic design and video editing.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
- **Creativity & Aesthetics**: Strong visual storytelling abilities and an eye for detail.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with the team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with 2D/3D animation and motion graphics.
- Understanding of social media trends and content optimization.
- Photography and videography skills are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
