Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with office equipment (phone systems, printers, etc.), and basic knowledge of administrative software or CRM systems. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in taking messages, directing calls, and handling documentation. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues or challenging situations calmly. 4. Duties Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. Greet visitors and clients and manage the front desk area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services. Maintain office supplies and manage office-related inventories. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives or office spaces. Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office records. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. 5. Personal Attributes Professional Appearance: Presentable, well-groomed, and maintains a professional demeanor. Punctuality: Being on time is critical for front desk roles. Adaptability: Able to adjust to changes and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Confidentiality: Respect for privacy and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. 6. Language Skills Proficiency in English is typically required; knowledge of additional languages can be a plus, depending on the company’s clientele. 7. Availability Flexibility with work hours; in some cases, you may be required to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends.
