As a Quality Assurance Officer at D.K Industries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for implementing quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process, conducting inspections, and addressing any quality-related issues. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- **Quality Control Inspections**:

- Conducting regular inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Performing visual inspections, measurements, and tests to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Documenting inspection results and reporting any non-conformities to the relevant departments for corrective action.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- Ensuring that all documentation is complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- **Quality Improvement Initiatives**:

- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement within the manufacturing process.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Participating in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address recurring quality issues.
- **Training and Compliance**:

- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to product quality and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or quality assurance.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with quality control testing methods and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,437.00 - ₹39,923.36 per month
