**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep track of **inventory levels** and ensure adequate stock of all FMCG products.
- Ensure **timely replenishment** and that **every product is properly stocked** on shelves.
- Follow **FIFO (First In, First Out)** to avoid expiry issues and **minimize wastage**.
- Organize racks and displays according to **planogram and merchandising guidelines**.
- Monitor fast
- and slow-moving products and assist in **purchase planning**.
- Handle **customer inquiries, complaints**, and provide excellent service to improve the shopping experience.
- Support the store team in **achieving daily and monthly sales**.
- Maintain **cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards** in the store.
- Ensure all in-store **promotions, discounts, and offers** are clearly displayed and well communicated.
- Provide feedback on **market trends and competitor activities** to the management.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG retail, preferably in **grocery and food departments** of supermarkets or departmental stores.
- Good understanding of **stock control, inventory systems**, and **retail product handling**.
- Knowledge of **FMCG categories** like packaged foods, beverages.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and resolve issues quickly.
- Hands-on experience with **rack arrangements**, **FIFO**, **expiry checks**, and store upkeep.
- Good communication, team coordination, and organizational skills.
- **Immediate joiner preferred.**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
