**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic **Outbound Sales Representative** to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services, and converting leads into loyal clients. Your main goal is to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists or self-sourced contacts.
- Present and promote software and digital services to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and negotiate to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing activities and events.
- Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Kolkata Based
- **Willingness to work in UK business hours (approx. 1:00 PM - 8 PM IST).**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
