**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Fabrication Supervisor located in Bhiwandi. The Fabrication Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in welding, quality control, production planning, training, and other related activities.

**Qualifications**
- **Must have Experience in Fabrication Department**:

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience with quality control
- Proficient in production planning
- Expertise in welding techniques and safety procedures
- Experience in training and mentoring junior staff
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Sheet metal: 1 year (preferred)
- SolidWorks: 1 year (preferred)
- Fabrication: 1 year (preferred)
