**Position: Vice Principal for an ICSE school in Andheri, Mumbai**

Qualifications Required: Minimum qualification of Graduate with B.Ed. required. Post Graduate preferred.

Experience Required**:Around 5 to 10 years of experience in a senior role like a Coordinator, Supervisor or VP.**

Other skills required: Well versed with MS Office

**Job Responsibility**:Will lead a team of teachers & coordinators for Primary and Secondary school. Specific duties include:

- Ensuring smooth functioning of daily school activities along with the Principal.
- Maintaining discipline in the school.
- In charge of setting the time table and planning the syllabus for the year.
- Establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with parents, staff, and students.
- Mentoring and evaluating teaching staff and their performance.
- Resolving conflicts and arguments among teachers and students
- Planning and organizing major school events, workshops and field trips as well as assisting with various committees.
- Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding of all new staff.
- Updating student and school records
- Handling any urgent matters responsibly and professionally
- Liaising with various departments and forwarding any issues or suggestions to the Principal.
