**Job Summary**:
Job Location: Pala, Kottayam

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging training sessions for IELTS and/or OET aspirants, covering all modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
- Design personalized lesson plans and strategies based on the individual needs and goals of students.
- Provide regular feedback and progress assessments to students.
- Guide students in understanding exam patterns, time management, and effective answering techniques.
- Develop and deliver practice tests and mock exams to enhance readiness.
- Stay updated on the latest exam trends, updates, and best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum [2-3 years] of experience in IELTS and/or OET training.
- Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or similar is preferred.
- Familiarity with IELTS and OET exam formats and scoring criteria.
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and support learners.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
