**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, building relationships with new and existing customers, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Identify market trends and potential opportunities within the assigned region.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold-calling.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services and communicate their benefits effectively to customers.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients, providing product demonstrations, answering queries, and negotiating deals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including tracking leads, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and report customer feedback to the sales and product teams for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the internal team, including marketing and support, to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and work independently.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
