Position: Two-Wheeler Technician

**Job Description**:
Overview:
As a Two-Wheeler Technician at our dealership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance and repair of motorcycles, providing exceptional service to our customers. This position requires a deep understanding of two-wheeler mechanics, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Responsibilities**:
Diagnosis and Repair:
Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues with motorcycles.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and tire rotations.

Execute complex repairs on engine components, electrical systems, and other mechanical parts.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet the manufacturer's standards.

Conduct rigorous quality checks before returning motorcycles to customers.

Provide detailed explanations to customers regarding the work performed on their bikes.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed.

Document parts used, labor hours, and diagnostic findings for each job.

Customer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and explain repair/maintenance procedures.

Provide cost estimates for services and repairs, obtaining necessary approvals before initiating work.

Technical Support:
Stay updated on the latest developments in two-wheeler technology and industry trends.

Collaborate with colleagues and attend training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Parts Management:
Order and manage inventory of spare parts.

Keep track of stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.

Ensure the proper disposal of used parts and materials.

Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all aspects of work.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Two-Wheeler Technician or a similar role.

Technical knowledge of motorcycles, including engine systems, electrical systems, and other components.

Certification from a recognized technical institute or relevant work experience.

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
