Preparation of Labels and Export Invoices of and Performa Invoices for Customer Party. In this responsibility we receive labels from all unit and I make labels and Invoice. I always send labels and Invoice before deadline.

Handling and checking Export Documents Like Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices. This process has to finish in 1 Or 2 days and we always completed these duties in time without any errors.

Preparation of Bank Documents for Parties.

Check and Approve Shipping Bills.

Provide necessary export related documents to accounts department.

Preparation of supporting export documents like COO. (Chamber of Commerce and Industry), USDA Certificate, Packing declarations etc.

Handling Commission related Documents.

Updating Export Information in registers.

Making responses to Marketing Department.

Necessary communication and making responses to CHA.

Keeping Regular Update of E-BRC.

Keeping Excel sheet of regular Exports.

Keep files updated of Regular Exports.

Keep updated with new software’s, recently our firm starts using new software for insurance. I learned that and make them now.
