We are looking for a **Project Coordinator** to efficiently manage and coordinate various projects under **Chetana Empowerment Foundation**. If you are passionate about social work, have great organizational skills, and can handle multiple tasks effectively, this role is for you

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
Plan, implement, and oversee Chetana's educational and empowerment projects
Coordinate between different teams, stakeholders, and beneficiaries
Track project progress, ensure timely execution, and maintain reports
Organize training programs, workshops, and awareness sessions
Communicate with donors, volunteers, and community members
Utilize digital tools for documentation and reporting

**Required Skills & Experience**:
3-5 years of experience in project coordination (preferably in the NGO sector)
Strong leadership & communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage teams efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and digital documentation
Passion for social service and community development

**Salary & Incentives**:
₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
