We are hiring Clinic Assistant for our **Kothrud,pimple Soudagar clinic**

**Responsibility**:

- **Reporting to Clinic Manager**:

- **Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Support Clinic Operations**: Help manage day-to-day operations including patient flow, scheduling, and front desk procedures.
- **Staff Supervision**: Assist in overseeing administrative and clinical staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service delivery, and ensuring smooth patient experiences.
- **Financial Tasks**: Assist with billing, budgeting, and expense tracking. May also help manage insurance claims and reimbursements.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on clinic performance, patient statistics, and other operational metrics for senior management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is a plus
- Education-Any graduates and MBA freshers can also apply
