**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and motivated **3D Artist & 3D Architectural Visualizer** to join our dynamic team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, bringing concepts to life through stunning 3D visualizations. You will collaborate closely with our design and architectural teams to create high-quality renders and animations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create photorealistic 3D models, textures, and renders of architectural designs, interiors, and exteriors using **3ds Max**.
- Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design briefs.
- Produce detailed 3D visualizations and walkthroughs for presentations.
- Optimize 3D models for performance without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **3ds Max** for 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
- Knowledge of rendering engines like **V-Ray, Corona Renderer**, or similar.
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings and design concepts.
- Familiarity with post-production tools like **Photoshop** is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and artistic flair.
- Ability to work in a team and take constructive feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and visualization skills.
