**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality static and animated 3D visualizations using SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and Lumion.
- Accurately interpret and model from architectural drawings, site measurements, and CAD plans
- Convert detailed 2D plans from AutoCAD into workable 3D models
- Model interiors, exteriors, custom furniture, and accessories with precision
- Design materials, textures, and lighting setups to match design intent and enhance realism
- Perform post-production using Adobe Photoshop and other relevant software
- Ensure consistent visual quality and alignment with design concepts and client expectations
- Lead and coordinate the visualization team; collaborate with architecture, interior design, and BIM departments
- Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Incorporate client and internal feedback throughout the design process

**Requirements**:

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent field
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural/interior visualization
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and Lumion
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and ability to read architectural plans accurately
- Strong understanding of materials, lighting techniques, and post-production workflows
- Creative problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- A strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic 3D visualizations is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
