**Position: Planner Heavy Equipment**

**Location: Saudi Arabia**

**Salary: 30**00+OT

**Minimum 2 - 3 years experience required.**

Food, accommodation and travel are provided by the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance plan for all heavy equipment, ensuring scheduled maintenance is completed on time.
- Work with maintenance teams to prepare and manage work orders, ensuring that the necessary resources, tools, and materials are available for each task.
- Monitor equipment usage and performance to forecast maintenance needs and prevent unexpected downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that parts and materials are available for repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Review equipment history, performance data, and maintenance records to develop strategies for improving equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment performance and maintenance activities, providing regular reports to management.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules that minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.
- Ensure that all planning activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure that maintenance activities are properly planned, coordinated, and executed.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements related to equipment maintenance and planning.
- Update and maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs on all heavy equipment.
- Review and prioritize requests for maintenance, ensuring that urgent issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing training materials for operators and maintenance personnel to ensure they follow the proper maintenance schedules and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in heavy equipment planning, maintenance, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of heavy equipment.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹69,000.00 per month
