Architect

The Architect is responsible for designing and planning building projects, ensuring they are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with safety regulations and client requirements. The role involves creating detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and contractors, and managing design projects from concept to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:1. Design and Planning**
- Develop architectural designs based on client requirements, budget, and site conditions.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, models, and plans using CAD and other design software.
- Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing, functional, and aligned with client expectations.

**2. Project Coordination**
- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure design execution aligns with plans.
- Attend project meetings to provide technical input and resolve design-related issues.

**3. Compliance and Standards**
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and local zoning laws.
- Stay updated with industry standards and trends to incorporate innovative design solutions.

**4. Documentation**
- Prepare detailed construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and materials lists.
- Oversee the submission of necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

**5. Site Supervision**
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to the design and quality standards.
- Address and resolve on-site design issues in coordination with the project team.

**6. Client Interaction**
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients for approval.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust throughout the project lifecycle.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software like Rhino, Lumion, or V-Ray is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices.

**Creative Skills**:

- Excellent spatial planning and design aesthetics.
- Ability to translate client ideas into practical and innovative architectural solutions.

**Other Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensed architect with registration from a recognized architectural board or council (e.g., COA in India).
- 3-5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
