Job Brief:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Understand customers needs and aspirations deeply, be the custodian of the customer voice and design the product accordingly across channels.**
- **Create delightful experiences for our users. Drive implementation of clean, intuitive and immersive content consumption screens across platforms.**
- **Create user experience strategy and drive design solutions based on usability, metrics, implementation complexity, data analysis and business needs**
- **Identify all the use cases and flows that would be needed to create an exceptional user experience, present the same to C level/product.**
- **Focus on the minute details to ensure a smooth experience across devices on the STAGE app.**

Skills Required:

- **Be customer obsessive**
- **Attention to detail**
- **Growth and Ownership mindset**
- **Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data**
- **3-10 years of experience working in B2C product design roles.**
- **Ability to articulate your thoughts really well and outstanding written communication skills in English.**
- **Experience working on tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc.**
- **Experience working in a startup environment, or on ambitious zero-to-one projects in established organizations.**
- **Experience in planning and executing end-to-end projects.**
- **Ex-founder is a big plus.**
