**Responsibilities**:
Designing eye-catching graphics for digital ads, social media, and print materials.

Creating informative content like infographics and brochures.

Editing and producing videos for property tours and marketing campaigns.

Collaborating with our team to brainstorm and execute visual concepts.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.

Strong eye for detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
