Your Job involves procurement and purchasing of building construction material, stationery items and other items as per company's requirements. You will report to Purchase manager and work under their supervision.

Your task includes:
1. Generate price comparative analysis for different vendors,
2. Develop strong vendor relationship and negotiate prices,
3. Generate Purchase Order, Bills and verify delivery of material before processing vendor invoice,
4. Co-ordinate with vendor, freight(transport) services and in-house store to ensure ontime delivery of construction material,
5. Verify vendor invoice and submit them for director approval.

Skills requried:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in Constuction Material Procurement
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills,
3. Good computer (operational) Skills with logical thinking,
4. Co-ordination and management skills in dynamic environment.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
