.Giffy Sign LLP is a leading wallpaper manufacturer, offering a wide range of wallpapers and murals to customers worldwide. We specialize in creating unique, high-quality designs that transform spaces and reflect the latest trends in interior design. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team full-time at our onsite location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create fresh, innovative wallpaper designs that align with current trends and the company’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop concepts and bring ideas to life.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the wallpaper and interior design industry, staying updated on trends and materials.
- Prepare final designs for production, ensuring all artwork is print-ready and meets technical specifications.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
- Participate in design brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the company’s product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the wallpaper or interior design industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and original wallpaper designs.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate design concepts into marketable products.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various departments.

**Interview Process**:

- **First Round: On-Call Interview**:

- Introduction of yourself and discussion of your experience and design philosophy.
- Assessment of your fit within our team and company culture.
- **Second Round: Design Assignment**:

- You will be provided with sample designs and tasked with recreating the design without altering the original concept. This will assess your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- **Third Round: Walk-In Interview**:

- A final in-person interview where you will present your portfolio, discuss your design process, and engage in a detailed conversation about the role and expectations.
