T & D Solar Solutions Pvt Ltd works for Australian Solar Retails and handles the entire in-house process for providing the Solar System Installation on Residential & Commercial Solar System Installation to Australian property owners.

**Shift Timing: 4 am to 1 pm**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Subcontractor Selection: Research, identify, and evaluate potential subcontractors for solar system installations in different territories. Ensure that subcontractors have the necessary experience, certifications, and reputation for quality work.
- Bid Management: Request bids from selected subcontractors and evaluate proposals based on pricing, experience, timeline, and quality of work. Negotiate pricing and finalize agreements with chosen subcontractors.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their solar system installations. Provide regular updates on the progress of installations, expected timelines, and any changes or delays that may occur.
- Project Management: Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that installations are completed within the agreed-upon timeline and meet quality standards. Address any issues or concerns that arise during the installation process.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that installations meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct inspections at key milestones to verify compliance with guidelines and regulations.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards. Take corrective action as needed to address any non-compliance issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in project management, Installation Manager or a related field.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,258.86 - ₹31,382.75 per month
